Procedure for making a Mojito Mocktail:-

2. Add 1 oz (30 ml) of freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass. You can adjust the amount of lime juice based on your taste preference.
3. Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) of simple syrup or granulated sugar to the glass. If using granulated sugar, stir it well until it dissolves completely.
4. Fill the glass with ice cubes until it is about 3/4 full.
5. Top up the glass with club soda or soda water, leaving some room for garnish.
