To make a mojito mocktail, you will need the following items:

1.    Fresh mint leaves

4.    Club soda or soda water

5.    Ice

1.    Slices of fresh lime for garnish

Procedure for making a Mojito Mocktail:-

1.    Take a tall glass and add 6-8 fresh mint leaves to it. Use a muddler or a spoon to gently crush the leaves to release their flavor.

2.    Add 1 oz (30 ml) of freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass. You can adjust the amount of lime juice based on your taste preference.

3.    Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) of simple syrup or granulated sugar to the glass. If using granulated sugar, stir it well until it dissolves completely.

4.    Fill the glass with ice cubes until it is about 3/4 full.

5.    Top up the glass with club soda or soda water, leaving some room for garnish.

6.    Use a stirrer or a spoon to gently stir the mixture, making sure all the ingredients are well mixed.

7.    Add a lime wedge and a mint sprig for garnish, if desired.

8.    Your mojito mocktail is ready to be served! Enjoy it immediately.
