For making testy and delicious Vegetable Soup we have to use different and many kinds of vegetables. Everyone used his own favorite vegetables for this Vegetable Soup. For best result you have to use fresh vegetables. So friends today we are going to know about Vegetable Soup. What is the recipe of Vegetable soup and how it prepare, so lets start.....


Required Items for Vegetable Soup:

1.    4 tablespoons chopped Spring / normal Onion

2.    4 teaspoons minced Garlic

3.    2 cup chopped Carrots

4.    2 cup chopped Green Cabbage

5.    2 cup Sweet Corn Kernels


6.    2 cup chopped French Beans

7.    1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

8.    1 tablespoon Vinegar

9.    4 tablespoons Corn-flour 

10.    1 tablespoon Butter or Oil


11.    5 cups Water 

12.    Salt according to taste


Time taken to prepare of Vegetable Soup:

1.    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

2.    Cooking Time: 20 minutes


Procedure for prepare of Vegetable Soup:

First of all chop all the vegetables in small and smart size pieces (carrot, cabbage, French beans, onion and garlic). Now add 4 tablespoons corn-flour in a bowl and add 6 tablespoons water and mix it well and please be insure that their is no any kind of lumps into the mixture. 

Now giving heat 1 tablespoon oil or butter in a large, heavy bottomed stock-pot (Kadahi) over medium flame after heat-up the oil or butter add chopped onion and garlic and keep stir for 2-3 minutes. Now add all chopped vegetables like carrots, cabbage, sweet corn kernels, French beans and also you have to add some salt for proper cooking of the vegetables. 


Now keep Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes. Afterthat add 5 cups water and Stir well to bringing the mixture to a boil. When you look that it starts boiling, add salt according to test. Add black pepper powder and also add corn-flour with water mixture and stir continuously for a minute to prevent from lump formation. Now keep stir and cook until mixture turns thick and no raw smell of corn-flour. 

It will take around 10-12 minutes. Now add vinegar and mix well. Taste the soup for the seasonings at this stage and add more if required like salt. Turn off the flame. Now the Vegetable soup is ready to serve.
