Required items to prepare Paneer Manchurian:

1.    125 gms Paneer

2.    1 tablespoons Maida

3.    2 tablespoons Corn flour

4.    1/4 teaspoon Garlic Paste

6.    Cooking Oil

7.    Salt according to test

8.    1/8 cup Water

Item required for fry Paneer Manchurian:

1.    1/4 teaspoon Garlic Paste

2.    1/4 teaspoon Ginger Paste

3.    1/8 cup chopped Capsicum

4.    1/2 small chopped Onion

6.    1 tablespoons chopped Spring Onion

7.    1 tablespoons Cooking Oil

8.    1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

9.    1/4 tablespoon Chili Sauce

Procedure to prepare Paneer Manchurian:

First of all you have to cut paneer into small cubes and mix maida flour, corn flour, salt, ginger paste and garlic paste with 1/8 cup water in a bowl or a container and make thick mixture. Afterthat add paneer cubes in prepared mixture, and mix it properly and leave it for 10 minutes.

Now give some heat to the cooking oil into a kadai or fry pan. Now keep fry to the mixed paneer cubes on the medium flame until the color of the cubes turns into golden brown. After frying paneer cubes drain oil and transfer them into a plate.

Procedure to Fry Paneer Manchurian:

Make heat-up 1 tablespoons oil in a fry pan on medium flame and add ginger paste, garlic paste and fry them for 15-20 seconds on medium flame. Afterthat add chopped green chili, diced capsicum and diced onion and fry them for 2 minutes. Now add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce and salt according yo test.

Afterthat add fried paneer pieces and spring onion and make them mix properly. Now cook for 2 minutes on high flame. Now the Paneer Manchurian snacks is ready to serve. Serve it by garnish with chopped spring onion.
