The best cooling beverage for the summer season is Mango Lassi, which is made by mango and yogurt. It is one of the healthy cooling beverage and drink which prepared instant. This Mango Lassi is healthy for all persons because it have healthy fruits and yogurt which can used into breakfast and lunch also. Now we going to talk about recipes of Mango Lassi so how can we prepared it and which other ingredients we need to prepared the Mango Lassi. So let's start........ 




Required Items for Mango Lassi Summer Drink:

1.    2 cup chopped Mango.

2.    2 cup normal Yogurt.

3.    1/2 cup Water or Milk.

4.    A pinch of Cardamom Powder.

5.    3 tablespoons Sugar.

6.    2 tablespoon chopped Mixed Dry-fruits, for garnishing.

Procedure for Mango Lassi Summer Drink:

First of all you have to peel the mangoes which you have, remove the stone and cut into small pieces. Take the normal yogurt but the condition is that which is not sour. Now add 2 cup chopped mango, 2 cup plain yogurt and 1/2 cup water or milk in a blender jar. Blend until smooth and creamy and no chunks of fruit. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and a pinch of cardamom powder. Check the thickness of lassi and if required, add more water or milk. Now again blend it for a minute. Pour it into serving glasses and garnish with chopped dry-fruits, now its ready to drink.



Important thinks : 

1. You could use cherry pieces also for garnishing it.
2. Also you could mix some ice-cream for make it more delicious, like strawberry, vanilla and many more.
