Required Items for Mango Falooda:
1. 1 cup cooked Falooda Sev
2. 4 teaspoons Sabja Seeds
3. 1 cup Mango Pulp
4. 1 cup Chopped Mango
5. 3 cups Milk

8. 4 scoops Vanilla or Mango Ice-cream as you like most for serving
9. 2 tablespoon chopped and Mixed Dry fruits, for garnishing

1. Preparation Time: 35 minutes
2. Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Procedure to prepare Mango Falooda:
First of all mix custard powder in 4 tablespoons milk and remaining milk transfer into the other pan, add sugar into the milk and bring it to boil with medium flame. When you found that the milk starts to boil, then add milk-custard powder mixture and stir constantly with a spoon and cook until raw smell of custard powder goes away, it will take around 5-8 minutes.

Switch off the flame and transfer the milk into a large bowl. Now let it cool down first onto the room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator for getting cool, at least for 1-2 hours. Easily you can get two types of Falooda sev at any grocery stores like yellow and white.
You can choose any one of it based on your choice and also on availability. Now time to cook the falooda sev according to the instructions which are given on the package. Now boil into approx. 2-3 cups of water in a deep pan with medium flame. When it comes to rolling boil, add approx. 1 cup falooda sev and cook until it turns soft.
Transfer cooked sev to a fine mesh strainer and drain excess water. Pour 1 cup of cold water over it and drain it to stop further cooking. Now soak 4 teaspoons sabja seeds in 1/4 cup water for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes, transfer them to a sieve and drain the water.
Now mix all the ingredients required to make the falooda. In this recipe we have to used the fresh mango puree to enhance the flavor. However, you can use canned mango puree as its replacement. Take 4 serving glasses and add 4-tablespoon sabja seeds and 4 tablespoons mango puree in each glass.

Now add 4 tablespoons falooda sev and again add 1-tablespoon sabja seeds. Add 4 tablespoons mango puree, 4 tablespoon mango cubes and pour 1 cup milk prepared as mention above. Now the Mango Falooda is ready to serve but before serving you can add a scoop of ice cream and garnish with dry-fruits.
