Description about Bread Cutlet:
Bread Cutlet is an Indian yummy and delicious snacks cum starter which can be consume in a party or at evening snacks. While cooking the Bread Cutlet we uses bread, mashed potatoes, boiled green peas and few vegetables, all that things goes throw shallow fry technique to make them stomach filling, testy and healthy.
You can serve it with tea or green chutney, it going to be most loveable snacks for every one. And into the children's party this snacks is will be first choice. So now we are going to learn about Bread Cutlet, let's start.........

Required Items for Bread Cutlet:
1. 8 White or brown bread Slices
2. 2 large boiled, peeled and mashed potato
3. 1 cup boiled Green Peas
4. 1 cup chopped Cabbage
5. 1 cup chopped Carrot

6. 4 tablespoons cup Dry Breadcrumbs
7. 2 medium chopped Onion
8. 2-3 chopped Green Chilies
9. 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
10. 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

11. 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
12. 6 tablespoon Oil
13. Water as per requirements
14. Salt according to taste
15. 4 chopped Cheese Cubes and Tomato sauce

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Procedure to cook Bread Cutlet:
First of all give some heat to 2 tablespoon oil in a fry pan with medium flame. Now add finely chopped onion and sauté it until going to be light brown for approx. 2-3 minutes, afterthat add chopped ginger and green chilies and sauté for 30 seconds. Now add grated carrot, grated cabbage, boiled peas and garam masala powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Now switch off the flame and transfer prepared mixture to a bowl or a container. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Now at other dip each bread slice in water and instant take it out. Squeeze it to remove excess water and add to the vegetable mixture which we prepare before.

Now add mashed boiled potato, 4 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs, lemon juice and salt according to test. Now mix all the things properly and taste for salt, if you found less then add more if required. Now divide mixture into 15 equal portions and give them ball shape or the shape which you love or like most. If you are not able to form balls, then add 2-3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs and try again.
Take each ball and flatten it to form 2/3-inch thick Pattie. Take 1 cup dry breadcrumbs in a plate. Roll each Pattie into it to coat its surface with it and transfer it to another plate. follow the same process with each Pattie. Now heat non-stick shallow-frying pan on medium flame and drizzle 4-5 teaspoons oil over it.
After heated up put 3-4 cutlets on it and shallow fry them over medium flame until the color of the bottom surface turns light golden brown. Afterthat flip them gently, spread 1-2 teaspoon oil over each of them and shallow fry another side until it turns golden brown.

Flip and cook as required to make both sides golden brown. It will take approx. 3 minutes on medium flame to cook each side. Transfer shallow fried cutlet to a plate. Now the Bread Cutlet is ready to serve. Serve the Bread Cutlet with grated cheese and tomato sauce for garnishing.
