Now we are show you about the recipe of fruit flavored custard, in this readymade vanilla flavored custard powder is used to make thick and creamy milk custard and also use sweet seasonal fruits for the flavor.


This dessert is perfect for the kids party or any get together as the recipe is very easy, and also for guest who are suddenly come at your home. Now we are going to learn about how to make Fruit Custard, so let's start......

Required Item to prepare Fruit Custard:

1.    4 cups Milk

2.    4 tablespoons Vanilla Custard Powder or as you like most

3.    1/2 cup Sugar or according to your test

4.    4 cups chopped Mixed Fruits like grapes, mango, banana, apple, strawberry or pomegranate etc.


Time taken to prepare Fruit Custard:

1.    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

2.    Cooking Time: 15 minutes


Procedure to prepare Fruit Custard:

First of all take 4 tablespoons custard powder in a bowl or in a container. Now add 1/2 cup milk and mix it properly. You have to make sure that there are no any lumps of powder in the mixture. Now at other heat 4 cups milk in a kadahi or in a pan with medium flame and let it boil. 


Stir in between occasionally to prevent sticking. When you found milk comes to a boil, then add 1/2 cup sugar. Now switch off the flame and add mixture of the milk-custard powder and mix it properly. 

Now the time to cook the mixture with low flame until it starts to thicken, it can take 7-8 minutes. Stirring continuously to prevent sticking or burning of the milk. Switch off the flame and transfer mixture to a large bowl. 


The custard will thicken as it cools down. Now put the custard into the refrigerator for getting cold, it can take at least 1/1.5 hour. Now chop all the fruits (seedless grapes, mango, banana, apple and strawberry) into small pieces. 


You can add any sweet fruits like chikoo, papaya, pomegranate seeds, blueberry, etc. as per the availability and your choice. After 1-1.5 hour, remove the custard from the refrigerator and add fruits. Mix well and again chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Now the Fruit Custard is ready to serve.
